μClamp™ 5-Line ESD Protection Array

The μClamp® series of TVS arrays are designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD. They are designed for use in applications where board space is at a premium.

  • Protects up to 5 unidirectional I/O lines or 4 bidirectional I/O lines
  • Working voltage: 5 V
  • Transient protection for data lines to
    • IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) ± 15 kV (air), ± 8 kV (contact)
    • IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 40 A (5/50 ns)
  • Ultra-small SC-89 package (1.7 x 1.7 x 0.6 mm) requires less than 2.9 mm2 of PCB area
  • Low leakage current
  • Low operating and clamping voltages
